I conducted research to understand how people think about privacy, security and identity and was involved in bringing an in-depth understanding of our users to the product and design teams. Along with customer journey maps, I worked on ideation and concept tests of new products like LifeLock Silver and Norton LifeLock mobile app.
At LifeLock, I've worked on creating customer journeys maps, evaluating end-to-end experiences and establishing heuristic guidelines. I've set a cadence of usability tests to track impact of changes. UXR efforts have improved retention, reduced support calls and increased usability and understandability of features.
At IMVU, I was instrumental in planning and conducting studies that positively impacted key metrics such as brand perception, registration and on-boarding. Here, I had the opportunity to dabble with market research as well.
