End-to-end Experience Flow - LifeLock Senior

'LifeLock Senior' is an identity theft protection service designed to help people monitor and respond to suspicious activity related to the identity of family members above 55 years. I conducted contextual interviews and task analysis sessions to evaluate the end to end experience of enrolling and engaging with LifeLock Senior. Some key changes introduced due to research efforts were 'Guide to help talk to parents', 'Information required modal', 'Call option in permission flow' and 'Simplified onboarding process'.
